The MET Hispanic Church

Our History

The Hispanic Ministry at The MET began in early 2000 with a Sunday School class and a quickly turned into a worship service. Both the Groups and the Worship Service are conducted fully in Spanish and the current congregation is comprised of members who are originally from ten different Latin American countries. The ministry is active in discipleship, worship, evangelism, and missions. Missions trips have been within the United States and also into Mexico.




Times and Directions

Groups are every Sunday at 10 a.m. for adults, new members, ladies, youth, and those interested in studying theology. | Getting here.

Wednesday Bible study takes place each week at 7:00 p.m. in the Atrium on the main church campus. | Getting here.




Leaders

The ministry is directed by Robert Resendez. He and his wife, Mimi, have been active In Hispanic ministries for almost twenty years. Robert is a graduate of Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Masters Graduate School of Divinity and is an ordained minister.

Our Pastor, Doug Pringle and the late Juanita Pringle came to the ministry when the Worship Service was started. Doug is a graduate of Mercer College and New Orleans Baptist Seminary. Doug was in the mission field both domestically and internationally for over forty years and is an ordained minister.
